Senior HR Officer

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for managing and executing human resource functions to support ORCA’s operational excellence. This role ensures that HR processes are aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Thai labor laws
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Support organizational development, training, and staff engagement initiatives
Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in professional services or consulting environment
- Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools
